What is Maiden Voyager?
Maiden Voyager helps you find the best Virgin Atlantic reward flight deals. We track prices across all routes and alert you when prices drop, so you can book your dream trip for fewer points.
How do price alerts work?
Set up a watch for any route you're interested in. When the points price drops, you'll receive a push notification instantly. You can manage your watches in the 'My Watches' tab.
What's included in the free tier?
Free users can browse Economy class deals across all destinations, view the Biggest Movers (price changes), and set up to 3 price alerts.
What do Silver and Gold subscriptions include?
Silver unlocks Premium Economy deals and up to 10 alerts. Gold unlocks Upper Class deals, up to 20 alerts, and priority notifications when prices drop.
How often is pricing data updated?
We strive to update pricing information as frequently as possible. However, reward flight availability and points pricing are highly dynamic and can change at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
The app says I'm not subscribed but I am?
Try restoring your purchase from the subscription screen. If the issue persists, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
